Parkdale Townhouses

This collection of townhouses is located along Parkdale Boulevard, which borders the Bow River and the historic community of Parkdale. The buildings create a strong physical edge along the boulevard, shielding the neighbouring residential streets from one of Calgary’s busiest thoroughfares. To the north, an existing laneway has been transformed into an activated mews, encouraging pedestrian connectivity between the community and the Bow River regional pathway.

The brick facades of the townhomes are inspired by the historic Redburn Brick Factory, which provided building material for the construction of many of the community’s heritage homes.
