Located on a steeply sloped site in the inner-city neighbourhood of Lower Mount Royal, this 54-unit, 65,000 square foot residential development aims to mediate between a diverse social and urban context. Set to become the neighbourhood’s first six-storey stick frame residential building, ‘Lynnbrooke’ will provide rental housing options to Calgarians while providing necessary density required to support local businesses and amenities.

The proposed architectural strategy positions the structure in the center of the site to maximize setbacks along the perimeter of the property. By doing so, the scheme provides residents with access to expansive views and an abundance of fresh air and natural light.
